Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanada’s first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10 dealerships consisting of 15 different franchises and approximately 750 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market. We are currently searching for an experienced License and Title clerk to join our team in Lincoln Park. We offer very competitive compensation plan and an exceptional benefits package. Benefits * Health, Dental & Vision Insurance * BCBS Health & Wellness Discounts/Programs * Life Insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off / Vacation * Growth / Advancement Opportunities * Employee Vehicle Purchase Policy * Above Average Industry Pay * Publicly traded organization / stability * Employee referral bonuses Responsibilities * Knowledge of CDK would be a big plus * Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled * Prepares tax and title documents * Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles * Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins * Bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin * Maintains accurate documentation of processed and outstanding titles * Requesting duplicate titles, and CVR * Various reporting requirements including schedule reconciliations.
