Job Title: Business Development Manager - $50-$85k + 2-11% (Title Company)
Salary: $50k-$85k Base + 2-1% Commission, Benefits, 401k Match, & PTO
Requirements: Biz Dev/Marketing + Title Experience

With offices across the country, we are a rapid growth consortium of law firms operating across 42 states.

This is our title and escrow group operating in 10 states.

We works as the title agent on behalf of major underwriters, and serve as their representatives during residential closings.

We are underwritten by Fidelity, Stewart, Old Republic, and several other larger, well known organizations.

We recently opened a small office in Jupiter composed of several escrow officers and operations staff.

We have been in business for almost 50 years and have 250 employees across the country.

Due to growth we're looking for an Business Development Manager with experience in business development or marketing + title experience.

You will work remotely out of our Jupiter office opened Jan 1 of this year.

This office has around 5 people, which includes Escrow Officers, Operations, and an Office Manager.

Your primary responsibilities will be to reach out to warm and cold leads and increase revenue. This includes networking and building relationships with other realtors and other professionals who can refer in business.
