Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) – Synergy Sports and Rehab, Parker, Colorado

Position Overview:
Synergy Sports and Rehab is seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team in Parker, Colorado. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work directly with high school boys' athletic programs, including basketball, football, and more. You will provide exceptional sports medicine services, injury prevention, and rehabilitation support to student-athletes in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Compensation:

• Salary: $55,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive full-time benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site athletic training services, including injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation, to high school athletes.
• Develop and implement injury prevention programs tailored to individual athlete needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all athlete evaluations, treatments, and rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with coaches, parents, and school staff to ensure athlete health and safety.
• Educate athletes on safe training practices and injury prevention techniques.
• Participate in school sporting events, practices, and competitions to provide medical coverage as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between Synergy Sports and Rehab and the high school, fostering a positive partnership.

Qualifications:

• Current certification from the Board of Certification (BOC) as an Athletic Trainer.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Colorado.
• Experience working with high school athletes, particularly in basketball and football, is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with athletes, coaches, parents, and school administrators.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the high school sports schedule.
