1. Performs routine testing of samples according to established procedures.
2. Capable of independently operating instruments and apparatus. Prepares solutions, suspensions and media to perform essential laboratory procedures.
3. Records data, performs calculations, and evaluates and reports results. Performs peer review of data and keeps management apprised of progress.
4. Follow all Data Integrity guidelines
5. Follow Good Laboratory Practices and Good Documentation Practices
6. Prioritizes workload and meets scheduled timelines.
7. Informs management of equipment and supply needs required to avoid delays in testing.
8. Follows and complies with all and testing procedures, operating procedures, GMPs, and safety and health requirements as applicable.
9. Demonstrates good housekeeping practices.
10. Practices safe handling of hazardous materials and waste using proper and techniques.
11. Selected qualified associates, at the discretion of the Quality Control/Quality Management, will be responsible for handling hazardous waste management.
12. Conducts laboratory investigations as needed.
13. Periodically performs duties of a higher position for the purpose of training and development.
14. Other responsibilities may be assigned as required based on business need or management decisions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Equiv Experience in lieu of degree in Chemistry or closely related discipline 0-3 Years Experience in analytical laboratory Basic verbal and written communication skills Basic analytical skills General computer skills Exhibit positive attitude regarding work and responsibilities Ability to work collaboratively within teams Ability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures Continuously look for ways to do things faster and better, while maintaining high quality standards Is creative and intellectually curious; tries different and novel ways to solve obstacles Work environment may be exposed to powders, chemicals and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish and shellfish) If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
