Our clients company specializes in providing Commercial Aviation Insurance services. They are currently seeking a Commercial Aviation Producer to join their team. As a small company within a niche market our client values individuals with prior experience as a producer/consultant in the Aviation industry.

Passion for Aviation business is essential as successful candidates often have a personal connection to the industry such as owning and regularly flying helicopters aircraft or businesses related to Aviation insurance. This is a remote position allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect vet and close Aviation business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Aviation industry
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to Commercial Aviation Insurance

Qualifications

• Licensed Property & Casualty in all states where our client operates
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in prospecting hunting selling and closing Commercial Aviation Insurance business
• Existing base of contacts in the Aviation industry is highly desirable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently
