Job Description

Seeking a Recruiter with a background in full cycle recruiting for technical roles, specifically engineer positions! This is a fully remote position.

4 month contract
M-F schedule
Pay: based on experience and what you are seeking

This role will oversee and optimize the contract hiring processes within our organization. This role will focus on automating processes, enhancing assessment tools, streamlining onboarding, improving candidate experience, and leveraging data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, HR, and legal teams to
ensure alignment and support for our contract hiring strategy.

What you’ll do
Manage the recruiting process for contractor roles within Engineering
Manage onboarding processes to provide a smooth transition for new hires
Act as a recruiting consultant to the business partners by suggesting changes to the
hiring/interview process, running interviewer trainings, and managing interviewer loads
Provide regular status reports to business partners. Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Greenhouse)
Be the face of the company to our amazing vendor partners! Maintain professional and courteous communication with vendors to foster long-term relationships

What you bring
5+ years in recruiting / sourcing (ideally working on technical roles such as Engineering)
Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, you embrace ambiguity and navigating uncharted areas
A self-starting, creative, and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal guidance
Ability to think on your feet, but you have enough humility to ask questions

Bonus Points
Experience partnering with outside vendors and vendor management
Experience managing onboarding processes
