Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. You will interact with customers, providing information about our products and services while efficiently resolving any complaints or issues they may have. Your ability to determine the client's concerns and offer effective solutions will be key to maintaining their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Address and resolve customers' service or billing complaints by processing merchandise exchanges, issuing refunds, and adjusting bills as needed.
Proactively reach out to customers to respond to inquiries or inform them about the results of claim investigations and any planned adjustments.
Direct unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in documenting and recording customer/client information accurately.
Familiarity with computer applications, including MS Outlook and data entry software.
Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
0-2 years of experience in a customer service role is required.
Schedule:

Second shift and weekend availability are required, including Saturday or Sunday.
