Our goal is to return the focus on eDiscovery to our clients and their experience. We are doing that by honing in on employee satisfaction so that our team can focus on client satisfaction. We are looking for a Project Manager who will be the primary contact for their clients on the cases they work. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an eDiscovery enviroment, with hosting services preferred

• Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert are preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes.

• Consult with clients on utilizing our suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity.

• Coordinate internal processes across departments to ensure client objectives are met.

• Represent us in client interactions and with third-party service providers.

• Supervise and support other members of the Client Services (CS) team to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.

• Provide regular project updates and team performance reports to the management to optimize resource allocation and service delivery across our company.
