What You'll Do:
As an Epic Orders Application Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and configuring our critical healthcare applications. You will:
Provide intermediate-level support and configuration for assigned applications.
Assist, train, and support users in the operation and administration of systems.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with vendors for resolution.
Partner with users to enhance their understanding of available tools and improve operational efficiency.
Create documentation and assist other technology teams with issues.
Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
Develop intermediate-level technical expertise in supporting healthcare applications and cross-train to become proficient in multiple systems.
Demonstrate accountability in delivering assigned tasks and report project updates.
Deliver work products that meet project requirements and departmental guidelines.
Analyze and document current and future needs and workflows.
Contribute to team and project meetings.
Gather requirements, validate information, and define workflows.
Design, build, and test Epic applications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or three or more years of related experience.
Current Epic certification(s) upon hire, and the ability to obtain additional Epic certification(s) within 120 days of hire (including willingness to travel or participate in remote training if needed).
3+ years of experience in IT or clinical business workflow, including experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments.
Application system build experience is preferred.
