Job Title: ETL Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows for data integration from various sources (relational databases, flat files, APIs, etc.) into data warehouses and data lakes.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to manipulate and transform data.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by performing data validation and data quality checks.
• Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to gather and understand requirements for data processing and reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure timely and successful data loads.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes.
• Document ETL processes, workflows, and data models for future reference and compliance.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices related to data integration and ETL processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi, Microsoft SSIS, or other industry-standard ETL platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and working with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Experience in data warehousing concepts and architectures.
• Experience working with data integration from disparate sources including relational databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud storage.
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality standards, and best practices for ETL performance.
• Ability to write and maintain clear, efficient, and reusable ETL code.
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
