Female Whole School Principal needed for August 2020

My client is a leading school in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, delivering the USA Common Core. I am seeking a strong, experienced Female Principal that ideally has experience of being a whole school Principal and someone that is well versed in the USA Common Core.

This is one of the most established schools in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) is located about 45 minutes from Dubai and is a one of the most sought Emirates in the region, with its fantastic beaches and lifestyles. 

There are plenty of tourists that head out to RAK to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai and those that want a more quieter lifestyle after work. RAK is up and coming with more residential, commercial and entertainment on the rise.  SeekTeachers office is also located in Ras Al Khaimah and since being here, we have already noticed how this lovely Emirate is developing.

Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree
2. Ideally a Master degree in Education Leadership/NPQH
3. Ideally 3-5 years of management experience
4. MUST have experience of the USA Common Core
5. Must have proven experience of managing a school of 1500+ students
6. Preference given to those that have GCC experience
7. Ideally have experience of taking a school through AdvancED Accreditation

As a Principal, we are looking for someone that leads by example and someone that is willing to work at grass roots to raise the standards of teaching and learning but also be personable enough to engage parents and the community as well has, have a firm grasp of operational duties needed to take a school to high standards. The school

is located about 15 minutes from the centre of RAK, in a beautiful pupose built building serving an Emirati population of students.

The ideal candidate will be someone that has worked in am American school in the UAE or Middle East and is familiar in being in a local community of students and parents. A leader with experience to raise standards and bring consistency to a school that has huge potential but needs some guidance.

The school is looking for someone with excellent knowledge but somoene that is a good listener and is able to then reflect and invoke change managemengt effectively withough disrupting the existing set up

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Additional:

**M.Ed or NPQH is required
**Experience of teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application
**If you have experience of working in an Islamic environment/students is beneficial for you
**Experience of the USA Common Core is ESSENTIAL!

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 25,000 up to 30,000  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
