Job Description

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will work on a reduced hours basis and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Digital Collateral Management: Assisting in the collection, organization, and adjustment of digital assets for the company's website and various social media platforms. This includes ensuring that images, videos, and graphics are optimized for online use and align with the overall branding strategy.
  • Website Updates: Supporting the team with regular updates to the website, including the uploading of new projects and imagery. This involves ensuring that content is accurate, visually appealing, and adheres to SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  • Brand Identity Implementation: Aiding in the application of Brand Identity Guidelines to all new branding materials. This includes reviewing existing collateral and making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all platforms.
  • Template Preparation: Assisting in the creation of templates for presentations, report letterheads, and other office stationery in accordance with the new brand standards. This involves working with design software to create polished, professional-looking documents that reflect the brands identity.
  • Content Generation for Social Media: Supporting the team in generating engaging content for social media channels. This includes brainstorming ideas, drafting posts, and sourcing images or graphics that align with the company's messaging and audience engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a qualification at the advanced diploma level or a recognized qualification in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively. This includes a keen eye for detail in written content, ensuring it is free from errors and resonates with the target audience.
