This is a fantastic opportunity to support members while working from the comfort of your home. You'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with their healthcare benefits, providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Position Details:
Location: Remote (must reside within a 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230)
Start Date: April 14
Compensation:
Training period (12 weeks): $22.63/hr
After training: $23.66/hr
Training & Work Schedule:
Training (12 weeks): Schedule may fluctuate between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST. You will be notified of any schedule changes in advance.
After Training: Must be available to work weekends. Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM MST and end as late as 9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday). You will always have two days off during the week.
What You'll Do:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from members, providing friendly and efficient support.
Assist with inquiries related to benefits, ID card requests, eligibility, billing, and payments.
Accurately update member profiles and demographics using data entry.
Navigate multiple systems using dual monitors to track interactions and ensure compliance.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in English & Spanish (Bilingual assessment required).
At least 6 months of call center experience (or 2+ years of customer service experience).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required!
