What will your typical day look like?

As the Lead Application Developer, you will bring your experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects in SAP SD on SAP S/4 HANA. You will work independently with the client to understand the business process, provide design related recommendation, proactively participating and addressing the design issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand, and gather business requirements & end user cases.
  • Write functional specifications and configure the system to convert business requirements into a working solution.
  • Provide specification and collaborate with the technical teams to handle enhancements.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and solve production issues.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations Order to Cash Process.
  • Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence.
  • Identify business process and system improvement opportunities to increase business efficiency.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Understand and adhere to change management procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous technical improvements.
  • Deliver high profile activities to tight timescales.

Required:

 

  • Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects in SAP SD on SAP S/4 HANA
  • Experience in pricing configuration.
  • Experience in configuring the order to cash process.
  • Knowledge on BRF+ configurations and workflows is required.
  • Knowledge of SD and Integration with other functional modules like FI, MM, PS.
  • Experience working on 3rd party Interfaces.
  • Knowledge on IDOCs configuration and processing.
  • Ability to work independently with the client, understand the business process, provide design related recommendations.
  • Proactively participating and addressing design issues
  • Experience writing functional specs and working with technical teams on custom enhancements.
  • Proven track record of diagnosing, analyzing, and solving issues.

 

Preferred:

 

  • Knowledge in integrating SAP SD with PS module is an added advantage.
  • Experience Leading a Team
  • Experience working with a geographically distributed team.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
