Temporary Staffing Professionals is hiring a Project Coordinator for a client in Irvine, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow within the Commercial Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Business or Finance who is either working towards or interested in obtaining a Real Estate license. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with tenant communications, lease renewals, and negotiations.
• Serve as a liaison with external brokers and property listing agents.
• Track leasing activities and ensure proper documentation for property management and construction purposes.
• Draft leasing documents and support the entire leasing process from start to finish.
• Work with directors to oversee tenant improvements and space preparations.
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, attend on-site meetings, and monitor construction progress.
• Assist with various asset-related tasks, including annual budget preparation and special projects across the property portfolio.
• Provide support for acquisition efforts and due diligence on new real estate opportunities, including property assessments and financial analysis.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Interest in pursuing or currently working towards a Real Estate License.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Argus and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to build a career in real estate.
