This position is located at ACNR Rebuild, Inc. Shop in Morgantown, WV . We are seeking hard working, motivated individuals.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Repair and fabricate mining equipment and machinery
• Ability to sandblast and operate equipment for power washing
• Ability to learn, work with, and interact with fellow employees in a friendly and safe work environment
• Performing tasks effectively and efficiently
• Working safely in all areas
• Ability to operate welding equipment
• Ability to use general shop equipment efficiently and safely. (Grinders, hand tools, torch, etc.)

Experience

• Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of mining equipment preferred

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Trade school certifications or any form of advanced education allow for a possible higher starting salary
• Reliable transportation
• Valid drivers license
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards
• MSHA Certification (training available if needed)
• Must be able to successfully pass a post offer drug test, company physical and background check
• Must be able to successfully complete industry approved training courses
• Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship

JOB SCHEDULE AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to work 8-9 hour work days Monday Friday with possible overtime, weekends and holidays as needed or as schedule requires (subject to applicants religious practices)
• Must be able to work any shift (subject to the applicants religious practices)
• Ability to lift floor-to-waist and waist-to-overhead
• Ability to push/pull as needed
• Standing, bending, step climbing, crawling and working overhead
• Ability to perform heavy labor and lift 50+ pounds as needed
• Ability to work in a physically demanding atmosphere when needed
