Virtual Events Marketing Manager

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in raising awareness for our suite of products and services through strategic event marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on virtual events and webinars. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met.
Develop tactical plans to achieve established goals, overseeing virtual event and webinar workstreams.
Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, and Social to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Enhance existing processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution.
Manage the virtual events and webinars calendar and content logistics.
Create compelling content for virtual event and webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels.
Execute and refine email campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars using marketing automation platforms.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of virtual events and webinars, making data-driven optimizations.
Generate reports leveraging Salesforce to measure content performance and overall campaign success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
Proven success in managing virtual events and webinars, as well as in-person events.
Experience with virtual platforms such as On24 and customer engagement hubs.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to adapt quickly to various situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
What You'll Do:
Work on processes to produce virtual events, including topic selection, speaker planning, editorial content calendar management, campaign integration, demand generation tactic planning and execution, event production, sales enablement, event reporting, and asset utilization.
Project manage tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in planning and executing virtual events/webinars.
Strong project management background.
Soft Skills:
Ability to matrix manage stakeholders.
Proactive communicator.
Persuasive skills to advocate for new opportunities.
