We are Titus-Will Chevrolet GMC Cadillac in Olympia! Titus-Will is a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 1938. Many of our employees have made a career of working on our team. We’re currently looking for a part-time Office Assistant to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours between Monday and Friday. No experience is necessary and there is potential to become full-time. What We Offer

• $16.28 - $20/hour depending on experience
• Flexible hours between Monday and Friday
• 15-20 hours per week
• 1.0 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) earned for every 40.0 hours worked
• Potential to become full-time

Responsibilities

• General clerical duties including filing, scanning, and copying documents
• Maintaining office files and records
• Ensuring the office is clean and organized
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• No experience necessary!
• Must be organized and bring a positive attitude
