We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist and Intake Assistant to join our team in our Memphis office.

Job Summary: The Receptionist and Intake Assistant reports directly to the Operations Officer. This position will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations and assisting new clients get onboarded at our firm. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with reception duties, including answering phones and managing the front desk.
• Assist with various firm administrative tasks and duties, including ordering supplies and assisting legal team members.
• Assist with the firm's client intake process as needed.
• Report any vendor or service requests to designated internal contacts.
• Assist with setup and cleanup after firm events and lunches and ensure office kitchen is tidy.
• Assist with ordering firm birthday lunches and coordinating holiday parties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written Spanish)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Any computer or technical skills are a plus.
