**Position Overview:**
As a Regional Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in a new market. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our referral partners and our internal team, nurturing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will gather technical specifications, collaborate with our internal teams to create quotes and proposals, and present tailored solutions to our clients.

**Location:**
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area. Travel is expected, and a company car will be provided, or mileage will be reimbursed.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including dental supply representatives, bankers, and real estate brokers.
- Attend meetings, sponsor events, and actively engage in the local community to stay informed about market opportunities.
- Gather technical specifications for new offices and larger projects.
- Collaborate with the Managed Service and Account Management teams to ensure accurate quotes, drawings, and proposals.
- Present customized solutions and proposals to potential clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Represent our company at industry events, enhancing brand awareness and trust within the market.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about IT solutions and the specific needs of dental offices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in sales, account management, or technical consulting is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Charlotte, NC business community is preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary: $60,000-$80,000 based on experience.
