Relationship Banker bilingual Mandarin (Houston)
located onsite in Houston, Texas with a foreign bank
Base salary range is up to $80K based on skills and experience
Retail Banking

Develop new consumer customers in Houston region
Process the account opening procedure
Follow the bank’s policy and procedure
Mortgage Loan
- Review & analyze all residential mortgage loan applications.
- Do preliminary review of loan applications to ensure they are within lending guidelines.
- Review loan documents to ensure accuracy before submitting for underwriting.
- Review & sign off loan approval conditions prior to funding of loans.
- Must possess proficient knowledge of FNMA underwriting guidelines & residential loan industry underwriting standards.

Competencies:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese Mandarin.
Good attention to detail.
Minimum 2 years working experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from an accredited four-year college or university.
Five plus years of relationship management experience and knowledge of regional market.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
