We are excited to welcome a Salesforce Business Analyst to our team! This role will involve collaborating with a diverse group of professionals and contributing to various projects. Please note that this position is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, reference check, E-Verify process, and drug test. We are open to C2C arrangements.

Location: Anywhere in the USA

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement to develop and implement effective solutions.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and create strategies for optimization.
Communicate insights and plans clearly to cross-functional team members and management.
Gather essential information from meetings with stakeholders and produce helpful documentation.
Break down roadmap features into manageable user stories.
Write clear, structured business requirement documents.
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Collaborate closely with business teams across multiple locations.
Engage in various projects, including integrations, acquisitions, and migrations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in Salesforce.
Familiarity with various Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, CPQ) and integration with external systems.
Proven experience in defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions.
Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a good GPA.
