Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Champion the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
• Visual and Interaction Design: Create polished, pixel-perfect designs and engaging user interactions that enhance the overall experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.
• Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems and components to ensure consistency across products.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas and approaches.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably including time in a startup environment.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impactful results.
• Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Skills: Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
• Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across disciplines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in a Conversational AI, SaaS, or B2B product environment.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of business administrator tools and workflows.

Background in designing for scalable, complex systems.
