Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our organic social media efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and interact directly with our community.

Primary Responsibilities

Social Strategy and Competitive Analysis (20%)

Develop and evolve our social media strategy to meet organizational goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend strategic adjustments.

Social Media Content Development and Management (40%)

Create compelling social media content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
Utilize creative tools and platforms to optimize content performance.

Social Publishing & Calendars (15%)

Manage the social media publishing calendar to ensure timely and effective content distribution.
Monitor platform specifications for seamless content delivery.

Social Monitoring & Engagement (25%)

Monitor social channels, engage with our audience, and foster positive interactions.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address community inquiries and feedback.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree with 3-7 years' experience in social media or digital marketing.
Proven track record in creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design software and ability to create visually appealing content.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
