Function description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating colleagues', subcontractors', and customers' work to ensure compliance with requirements
• Developing work and inspection plans
• Collaborating with the implementation team to set up planning
• Coordinating the procurement of materials and subcontracting services
• Managing and overseeing the delivery file
• Cost control related to suppliers and subcontractors
• Reporting to and supporting the project manager

Requirements

• You have at least a completed MBO 4 education in Civil Engineering
• You have at least 3 years of work experience in a role like Work Planner/Project Engineer
• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a (medium) large contractor in a role such as project engineer/work planner, project coordinator, or (head) supervisor
• Knowledge of Design & Construct contracts
• Confidence in conveying diverse and complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders

Due to the project's location, a valid Dutch work permit, Netherlands residency, or EU citizenship is required.
